Soooo unprepared for the temperature drop last night. Am minimalist camping and thought I was good down to about 43F.
The forecast low temp was supposed to dip to 40F and I thought I could endure. Unfortunately the weather reports were wrong and the temps sunk down to 33F!!!
I'm only just now starting to get feeling back in my feet and hands. But, I did get this nice morning scene as I stood in the forest praying for sunlight.

Hope you had something stashed away to keep you warm :-) A quick conversion tells me that is close to zero degrees C. Brrrr, not exactly weather for sleeping in a tent.
But it if hadn't been so cold, you wouldn't have been able to capture this atmospheric photo with steam rising up out of the water. No pain, no gain.
Thanks Björn! I finally got my sleeping combination down to where I could get through the cold just fine. But yes, had I not suffered, I would not have seen that amazing morning scene. :-)
