Hey Skip - As always - I love ALL your photos.. but I just wanted to let you know that I audibly let out an OMG when I saw this Maize pic. Just love it - maybe it's my MidWestern Farm Girl coming out - but it is outstanding... like all of your others!
Also - as I look at your beautiful art, I find myself wondering what the .raw image looked like BEFORE you do your magic? would you consider posting an original/raw photo next to a final image sometime? Just to give us a look at the process/artistry from a different angle?
Enjoying your Travel Journal and photos! Keep Safe! :)
Thanks Marlene! It varies what I do from image to image & day to day. Some images I do almost nothing to like the recent little Colombian boy, and sometimes I mess around with it quite a bit.
Remind me and I'll show you the untouched Maiz RAW file later. I'm only working with an Olympus compact & iPad2 for editing. In the places that it's too risky to bring out the iPad, I'm mixing in a few iPhone images, but most of the supporter blog images were shot/edited with the Olympus/iPad2 combo.
