Decided Tobago ain't likely for me right now, and not sure about Nicaragua at the moment. Seems like it might be full of foreign real estate agents, but it's on Lonely Planet's top-10 for 2011. Too pricey to get to India, but Colombia, Panama and Ecuador have decent RT fares. Hmmmm... can't decide. Wonder how hard it is to hop around countries in that general area on a low budget? Anyone know?

Keep in mind... key word is "budget". ;-)
